Hit the SNOOZE twice :~) Wimped out and did my 4-mile run this a.m. Having a little discomfort in my heels and the area of my shin splint, I’m sure from running on the pavement Saturday. Wonder what in the world it will be like after the marathon :~( Good thing it doesn’t hurt until after! Iced it this a.m. Will continue with the ice, stretching, and Advil until it is better, probably day or two.
