Spent most of yesterday on the beach — WAY too much sun! We did a bit of goofing off in the ocean but not much. I don’t like the idea of being SHARK BAIT. Oh, I think I forgot to report about the SHARK we saw on Saturday. A man fishing from the beach down south of here near Ponce Inlet caught a 3-4 foot shark and it was laid out on the beach for all to see. Scary stuff!

Biketober Fest is gearing up, it officially starts Wednesday but bikers are already here and it’s real interesting! Unfortunately, we are not going home with a bike. We looked at them and my bff considered it but said it’s just not the right time. I’ve always had a longing desire to be a Harley girl 🙂

Dinner last night was at Inlet Harbor Grill, a place my bff has gone since he was a kid. Then another long walk on the beach.

I slept in this a.m. — no run, but we did take a nice walk on the beach, our last for a while – at least until February I think 😦

Now, we are packing up and heading to the airport for the flight home. So sad!
