GREAT fast 3-miller on the mill this morning. Felt really, really energized and strong. Hope I feel that way for the Peachtree. Who needs SPIKE when you feel like that?!?

Spent most of the day cleaning and doing laundry. Took Sari to her violin lesson. Had our third driving lesson and I see marked improvement and confidence. Today Sari Beri even drove from the empty parking lot we are practicing in over to Dicks, then to Starbucks and then over to the Target area. GOOD JOB Sari Beri!

Today had been a good points day. Yesterday was not :/ I was fine until I got home from work and the Sister Schubert’s rolls and Death by Chocolate cake was calling my name. NOT a good thing! Anywho… today has been better and I think tomorrow will be a good one too.
