Notes: Just to visually compare the 3 brew types is a lesson in itself. The drip with its clarity and bubbles when poured which quickly disappear revealing a clean dark coffee with an abundance of body. The press with the oils glimmering on top and a tiny ring of crema. And the shot with several larger bubbles and crema. This is an intense full-bodied coffee. The sweetness emerges from the aroma of the press. I can feel the intensity even in my throat. The shot leaves my palate dry and the drip is both bold but smooth.
