42-day Challenge: Cafe Estima

est_aDate: 8/14/09

Notes: One of the reasons I was originally attracted to the French press was because I wasn’t able to brew my coffee as hot as I wanted it to be at home with a conventional brewing system. Note the temps: Press: 245, Drip: 230, Shot: 110

There was surprisingly little difference between the drip and press. The nutty, roasty aroma and flavor is alive and will in both. The shot def develops a bitterness after a few minutes. Maybe all this “shot going bad” business is for real.
